City Wonders is a leading, award-winning tour operator based in Italy, known for providing guided tours to travelers seeking an authentic Italian experience. We specialize in expertly crafted tours of Venice's iconic landmarks, delivering extraordinary experiences with a focus on history, art, and culture. We are currently looking for passionate and dedicated Tour Coordinators to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer care at our tour meeting points, assisting guests with queries and requests.
  • Collaborate with guides and tour leaders to ensure smooth, punctual tour starts.
  • Sign in guests and organize groups for guides and tour leaders.
  • Manage tickets, including collecting, distributing, and ensuring proper allocation.
  • Interact professionally with customers, addressing questions, concerns, and needs.
Skills and Qualities:
  • Positive and upbeat attitude; first impressions matter.
  • Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Knowledge of Venice and surrounding regions, including landmarks and local customs.
  • Ability to quickly resolve operational issues.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
