What You’ll Be Doing

We are looking for a person who wants to undertake a professional path starting from a role of Total Rewards Specialist . You will be part of the HR Team with the goal to balance reward opportunities for employees with the organization's goals, budgets, and expectations. Your responsibilities include overseeing opportunities, creating solutions, and defining the company’s strategy in areas such as compensation and benefits.

Job Description

What You’ll Be Doing

We are seeking a professional eager to develop in the role of Total Rewards Specialist . You will support in balancing employee rewards with organizational objectives, overseeing compensation and benefits strategies.

Your Activities Will Include

  • Analyzing salary data and industry trends to recommend salary ranges, benefits, and compensation adjustments to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness;
  • Supporting People Leaders during salary reviews and addressing related inquiries;
  • Managing recharge process costs for HUB and recharged employees;
  • Collaborating with the Total Rewards Manager and Finance to prepare labor cost budgets aligned with business goals;
  • Preparing reports on personnel costs and headcount upon regional and local requests;
  • Supporting strategic guidelines and actions related to Compensation and Incentive Policies;
  • Serving as the primary contact for total rewards data requests and economic proposals for hiring;
  • Conducting job evaluations for grade revisions and new positions in collaboration with the AEI Job Evaluation Committee;
  • Maintaining the Total Rewards intranet and developing communication materials;
  • Analyzing remuneration and incentive policies to ensure process consistency;
  • Reporting and analyzing HR data to support strategic decisions;
  • Contributing to the creation of dashboards for personnel analysis and supporting HR systems and tools evolution.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Master’s Degree in Economics or HR;
  • At least 4-5 years of experience in Total Rewards;
  • Fluency in English and Italian, spoken and written;
  • Experience in complex and international contexts;
  • Advanced skills in MS Office, especially Excel;
  • Strong analytical skills.
