Accenture is seeking an experienced compensation professional for a role within the North America Total Rewards Team. The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate proficiencies as well as thrive within the following areas:

Responsibilities:
- Supporting, contributing to and implementing compensation design and strategic initiatives
- Applying knowledge and understanding of market data, salary ranges, bonus plans, and federal, state and local laws governing compensation
- Supporting the development and communication of compensation policies and procedures
- Demonstrating knowledge and applying an understanding of Accenture Total Rewards philosophies and principles
- Synthesizing information and applying knowledge in work delivery
- Supporting process improvement initiatives that increase efficiencies and quality of deliverables
- Owning and taking full accountability of end-to-end deliverables
- Creating clear and concise Excel and PowerPoint analysis and presentations
- Supporting the Compensation Lead across all deliverables

Job Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of Compensation experience with experience in data analysis and creating presentations
- Detail oriented, with ability to take responsibility for delivering professional high-quality work to the deadline
- Proven ability to organize and prioritize work in a dynamic environment where priorities may shift quickly
- Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration
- Good communication skills (both verbal/written) – should be fluent in English
- Customer service focus
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent.
- Experience working in a large, complex, and matrixed organizations
- Strong Microsoft application skills – Excel, PowerPoint, and Word – experience or expertise with macros and VB is preferred
- Analytical acumen – ability to analyze and interpret large volumes of data
- Comfortable with technology and working in web-based and external vendor tools as required
