UCB is seeking a TK2d Patient Journey Lead in Milan to enhance patient experiences and ensure timely treatment for TK2d patients. This role involves collaboration with healthcare professionals and advocacy for patient education and support. Ideal candidates have extensive experience in the biotech/pharma field, demonstrating excellent interpersonal and project management skills.
We are seeking a TK2d Patient Journey Lead who is proactive, scientifically proficient, and empathetic to join our Rare & Epilepsy Organization team based in Milan, Italy.
You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our innovative treatment reaches the patients who need it most, positively impacting the lives of those suffering from TK2d. Reporting directly to the EU TK2d Head and collaborating with a cross-functional team, you will support the identification, proper diagnosis, and treatment for TK2d patients.
You will be working in a team dedicated to creating a unique patient experience. This includes partnering with healthcare stakeholders such as neuropediatricians, neuromuscular specialists, geneticists, nurses, and pharmacists, as well as interacting with patient groups to raise awareness and educate on this disease.
