A global biopharmaceutical company in Milan is looking for a TK2d Patient Journey Lead to ensure innovative treatments reach patients. Excellent interpersonal skills and fluency in English and Italian are required. Up to 70% travel is expected.

We are looking for a TK2d Patient Journey Lead who is proactive, scientifically proficient, and empathetic to join us in our Rare & Epilepsy Organization team, based in Milan, Italy.
About the role:You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our innovative treatment reaches the patients who need it most, positively impacting the lives of those suffering from TK2d. Reporting directly to the EU TK2d Head and collaborating with a cross-functional team, you will support the identification, proper diagnosis, and treatment for TK2d patients.
Who you’ll work with:You will be working in a team that is dedicated to creating a unique patient experience. This includes partnering with healthcare stakeholders such as neuropediatricians, neuromuscular specialists, geneticists, nurses, and pharmacists, as well as interacting with patient groups to raise awareness and educate on this disease.
