Position: Junior Product Specialist

Location: Vercelli, Italy (fully remote with on-site initiation)

Ruralis.com is an innovative startup experiencing rapid growth, specializing in the digital management of vacation homes outside urban centers. Our company handles all online activities necessary for vacation homeowners to attract and manage international tourists, allowing owners to focus solely on hospitality. Utilizing the latest technologies, we optimize occupancy rates, increase profits for owners, and enhance travelers' experiences.

We are a prop-tech startup aiming to develop a new model of sustainable tourism in Italian villages and internal areas.

To achieve these ambitious goals, we are looking for a Junior Product Specialist (early career or recent graduate), with the possibility of working fully remote and visiting the company offices for onboarding.

Responsibilities:

• Qualitative control of information provided during the preliminary phase
• Strategic consulting on pricing and property presentation
• Effective communication with vacation home owners
• Identifying upselling opportunities with clients
• Listing properties on resale portals
• Collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and IT departments

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or master's degree, preferably in humanistic fields; hospitality and tourism management is a plus
• Availability to work 40 hours per week
• Clear, direct, and concise communication skills
• Autonomous and organized
• Fluent in Italian and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
• 6-month paid internship
• Possibility of apprenticeship or indefinite contract after internship
