Role Overview:

We are seeking a Junior Product Specialist (entry-level or recent graduate) to assist hosts throughout the post-sale phase, from onboarding to strategic point-of-contact. The role offers fully remote work with in-person meetings for onboarding.

Responsibilities:

• Qualitative control of information provided during initial setup
• Strategic consulting on pricing and property presentation
• Effective communication with vacation home owners
• Identifying upselling opportunities
• Listing properties on resale portals
• Collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and IT departments

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor's or master's degree, preferably in humanities; hospitality and tourism management is a plus
• Availability to work 40 hours/week
• Clear, direct, and concise communicator
• Autonomous and organized
• Fluent in Italian and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
• 6-month paid internship, with potential for apprenticeship or permanent contract afterward
