Job Opportunity: Junior Product Specialist

Location: Chieti, Italy (Remote work possible with occasional on-site meetings)

We handle all online activities needed by vacation property owners to attract and manage international tourists, allowing owners to focus solely on hospitality. We are a prop-tech startup committed to developing a new model of sustainable tourism in Italian villages and internal areas.

To reach these ambitious goals, we are seeking a Junior Product Specialist (early career or recent graduate), with the possibility of fully remote work and occasional on-site meetings at our offices.

Responsibilities include:

• Qualitative control of information provided during the preliminary phase
• Strategic consulting on pricing and property presentation
• Effective communication with vacation home owners
• Identifying upselling opportunities
• Listing properties on resale portals
• Collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and IT departments

Candidate requirements:

• Completed undergraduate or master's degree, preferably in humanities; Hospitality and Tourism Management is a plus
• Availability to work 40 hours per week
• Clear, direct, and concise communication skills
• Autonomous and well-organized
• Fluent in Italian and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
• Six-month paid internship
• Potential for apprenticeship or permanent contract after internship
