Une agence d'emploi renommée recrute un Opérateur de Centre d'Appels Inbound à Modena. Ce poste à temps partiel offre la gestion d'appels entrants sans vente, un stage de 3 mois avec possibilité d'embauche permanente, et diverses compétences requises. Une formation adéquate sera fournie.

Position: Inbound Call Center Operator

The selected candidate, after an appropriate training period, will be responsible for:

• Managing inbound call center calls (customer care, no sales of products)
• Interfacing with project managers and colleagues

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, excellent communication skills, and good PC skills.

Offer includes a 3-month internship with a possible extension of another 3 months, and potential for permanent employment.

Compensation includes a monthly reimbursement of €500 plus meal vouchers worth €3.50 (issued after 5.15 hours of work daily).

Work schedule: Part-time, 30 hours/week, alternating weekly shifts: Monday to Saturday 08:00-13:00 or Monday to Friday 08:00-14:00.

Work location: Modena, Italy.
