Job Description:

Are you passionate about revolutionizing the commerce experience? Do you thrive in dynamic environments where creativity meets strategy? Join our TikTok Shop Partnership (TSP) team as we shape the future of social commerce. The team manages Partners—agencies servicing brands on TikTok—and is responsible for their performance. We seek an experienced account manager to onboard, incubate, and support Partners in the Italy market. As the Partnership Development and Operations Manager, you will play a key role in expanding and driving the TSP ecosystem.

The role involves business development, training, and project management to expand and drive the TSP ecosystem. You will work closely with various stakeholders to match TSPs with platform partners, onboard and educate partners from small agencies to major media companies, and support them in growing sales on TikTok. Data analysis of metrics such as livestreams and short videos will be essential to identify opportunities and support partner success.

Responsibilities:
  1. Establish TikTok as the preferred commerce platform by building strong relationships and exploring partnership opportunities across creative, social, production, logistics, and influencer marketing sectors.
  2. Serve as the primary liaison and advocate for your client agencies, managing relationships effectively.
  3. Support partners during onboarding and incubation, providing strategic guidance, training, and consultation.
  4. Ensure TSP performance and growth through education on best practices, data analysis, and performance diagnostics.
  5. Design and implement TSP incentives and engagement activities.
  6. Develop new agencies within the commerce ecosystem into successful TSPs.
  7. Utilize data to understand pain points, define business requirements, identify opportunities, and prioritize solutions.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Experience in partnership development and account management with strong negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and metrics-driven decision-making.
  • Strategic mindset with a deep curiosity about discovering commerce, ecommerce live streaming, and short videos within an IT context.
  • Self-starter, quick learner, and capable of thriving in fast-paced environments.
  • Ability to collaborate across multiple teams and stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in account management within tech companies, commerce platforms, or agencies.
  • Established network within creative, social, production, or influencer agencies.
  • Creative thinker with innovative strategic skills.
  • Existing knowledge of discovering commerce, ecommerce live streaming, and short videos.
