TikTok Shop Manager (Italy)

As a TikTok Shop Manager for Italy, you will be responsible for managing Somerce's clients based in Italy. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to grow and optimise our Italian clients' TikTok Shops. You will leverage your expertise and experience to support multiple brands, driving revenue growth and enhancing their presence on TikTok. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing TikTok Shops, preferably from a leading brand.

• Leverage TikTok's algorithm and viral trends to maximise shop visibility and organic engagement, identifying opportunities for rapid scaling and customer acquisition
• Continuously assess market trends, competitor strategies, and emerging features on TikTok, ensuring cutting-edge growth tactics are incorporated into the strategy
• Develop and execute strategies to grow the affiliate network and drive revenue through affiliate partnerships
• Regularly track performance metrics specific to TikTok Shops, including engagement rates, product clicks, and conversion metrics, ensuring strategies are continuously optimised
• Provide expert guidance and support to clients, helping them navigate and succeed in the TikTok Shop ecosystem
