Un'importante azienda nel settore del facility management cerca un Tecnico Manutentore per gestire e mantenere sistemi termici, idraulici e di climatizzazione. Il candidato ideale avrà un diploma tecnico e 2-3 anni di esperienza. In questo ruolo, si occuperà di operazioni sia programmate che straordinarie, collaborando con altri tecnici e garantendo la sicurezza e l'efficacia delle installazioni.

Competenze

• Esperienza di almeno 2-3 anni in ruoli simili, preferibilmente in contesti di facility management.
• Conoscenza dei sistemi di riscaldamento, climatizzazione e idraulica.
• Capacità di leggere schemi tecnici e impiantistici.

• Gestire, mantenere e operare sistemi termici, idraulici e di climatizzazione.
• Eseguire manutenzione ordinaria e straordinaria.
• Monitorare il corretto funzionamento dei sistemi e redigere report di intervento.

Descrizione del lavoro

The resource will be responsible for the management, maintenance and operation of thermal, plumbing and air conditioning systems at facilities managed in facility management. He/she will be able to ensure the efficiency and safety of the systems in compliance with current regulations, intervening both in scheduled activities and on call for failures or malfunctions.

He/she will perform routine and extraordinary maintenance on thermal, water and air conditioning systems.

He/she will monitor the proper functioning of the systems and report any anomalies.

He/she will have to carry out control and adjustment activities of technical parameters, drawing up intervention reports and updating technical documentation.

He/she will know how to collaborate with other technicians (electricians, multi-service maintainers) in the context of facility activities and ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

Requirements

• Technical degree (e.g., Thermotechnical Technician, Plumber, Electrical Engineer) or equivalent professional qualification.
• Experience of at least 2-3 years in similar role, preferably in facility management settings.
• Knowledge of heating, air conditioning, and plumbing systems.
• Ability to read technical and plant schematics.
• Proficiency in the use of maintenance tools and equipment.
• Problem solving and operational autonomy.
• Accuracy and service quality orientation.
• Good interpersonal skills and predisposition to work in a team.
• Hourly flexibility and willingness to be on call if required.
