I'm in collaboration with a Semiconductor company focused on expanding AI applications in the industry.

They are currently looking for a Thermal Test Engineer to support the integration of a card into the embedded system. The engineer will execute simulations and verify that the solution performs as intended.

The role is mostly remote during the design phase, but onsite presence is required during the verification phase. It is a 6-month contract initially, with a high likelihood of extension to 12+ months.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Thermal Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2–4 years of hands-on experience in thermal testing.
• Proficiency with thermal measurement tools.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills using Python, MATLAB, or Excel.
• Working knowledge of thermal simulation tools (e.g., FloEFD, ANSYS Icepak) is a plus.
• Good communication and documentation skills in English.
