ICRI S.p.A. offers an internship in the FGAS & Thermal Registry compliance unit in Monza, Italy. You will handle documentation, advise clients, and ensure regulatory alignment under supervision.

You'll support inquiries, analyze FGAS and RCEE paperwork, input data, and coordinate with technical staff to meet deadlines while participating in on-site inspections when needed.

Competenze

• Technical diploma in Thermodynamics, Energy or Mechanics.
• Interest in HVAC legislation and compliance procedures.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.

Position Summary

We seek an intern for our FGAS & Thermal Registry compliance unit. You will handle documentation, advise clients, and ensure regulatory alignment.

Core Functions

• Support customers with compliance-related inquiries;
• Analyze and validate documentation for FGAS and Energy Efficiency Control Reports (RCEE);
• Input and synchronize data across internal and external systems;
• Coordinate with technical staff to uphold deadline compliance;
• Participate in on-site inspections with senior personnel when needed.

Qualifications

• Technical diploma in Thermodynamics, Energy, or Mechanics;
• Keen interest in HVAC legislation and compliance procedures;
• Solid grasp of Microsoft Office Suite;
• Highly attentive, organized, and process-driven;
• People-focused with excellent client management skills;
• Willing to work both office-based and at client premises.
