ICRI S.p.A. seeks an intern for the Legislative Compliance – FGAS & Thermal Registry team in Pavia, Italy. You will support documentation management, assist clients, and verify regulatory adherence.

You will review FGAS and Energy Efficiency Control Reports, input records, and coordinate with staff to ensure deadlines. The role offers hands-on training with mentors in a structured environment and a clear path to equipment compliance expertise.

Competenze

• Technical diploma in Plumbing, Energy, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
• Genuine interest in HVAC regulations and statutory compliance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Customer-focused mindset with solid communication skills.
• Willingness to split time between office duties and client sites.

The Role:

We are seeking an intern to join our Legislative Compliance – FGAS & Thermal Registry team. You will support documentation management, assist clients, and verify regulatory adherence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with regulatory compliance inquiries and requests;
• Review, validate, and process technical and administrative documentation for FGAS and Energy Efficiency Control Reports (RCEE);
• Input and update records on dedicated management portals and software;
• Coordinate with technical staff to ensure all legal deadlines and obligations are met;
• Occasionally accompany colleagues on-site for inspections when required.
