Job Description Summary

Our vision for Peripheral Intervention at Becton Dickinson

Our Peripheral Intervention (PI) business unit offers a comprehensive range of medical products, devices and services for the treatment of peripheral arterial and venous disease, cancer detection, and end-stage renal disease and maintenance.

About the role

As Therapy Development Specialist EMEA you will develop the peripheral arterial, Venous and AV business in the Region and enabling the countries to exceed their sales and income goals.

With a solid-line report to the Senior Market Development Manager PI and a close collaboration with the marketing team, their main mission will be to implement the EMEA Marketing strategy at local level and provide clinical support and commercial mentorship to the in-country sales force and customers.

As such, the job holder is encouraged to have strong clinical and technical background in ESKD and PVD as well as selling skills to deal with Sales Leaders and physicians.

Main Responsibilities

• Key Contact Point and Information Source – Serve as primary contact for clinical and technical inquiries, including Sales Force, BU, and Key Opinion Leaders.
• Training Program Development – Assist in crafting a comprehensive Training Program covering ESKD and PVD, including Basic & Advanced modules.
• Education and Training Responsibilities – Educate and train HCPs, clinical specialists, and sales reps on arterial, venous, and AV procedures.
• Contribute to the endo AVF core team and sign off process.
• Market Analysis and Messaging – Identify portfolio needs and gaps, capture product and competitive intelligence, and assist in developing appropriate messaging for the Sales Force.
• Market Trends and Medical Affairs Alignment – Supervise and report market trends affecting sales, service, and product development; collaborate with Medical Affairs to align on Physician Training programs.
• Sales Support and Growth Initiatives – Collaborate with Sales Managers, reps, and clinical specialists to drive PVD and ESKD business growth; translate strategies into commercialization tactics, complete marketing plans, and facilitate In-Servicing Programs for customers.
• Provide sales mentor, attend cases, and present to customers alongside clinical specialists and sales reps.

About you
