Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Therapy and Business Development Consultant for the South Italy region. The role involves establishing Impella & Heart Recovery as standard care, training physicians and hospital staff, and supporting patient care in cath labs, ICUs, and surgical suites.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and promote Impella therapy, establishing brand presence and training medical staff.
• Manage accounts, coordinate clinical activities, and expand therapy penetration.
• Support patients onsite, ensuring optimal clinical outcomes and peer-to-peer networking.
• Build strong relationships with distribution partners and healthcare professionals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Biomedical Engineering, Bioengineering, or related technical field.
• Proficiency in English and regional language.
• At least 2 years of experience in cardiovascular medical devices, preferably with heart failure focus.
• Experience in direct patient support in cath labs, ICUs, or CCUs preferred.
• Proven success in launching high-value therapies and establishing professional networks.
• Ability to travel over 80% within the region and support emergent patient care.
