Job DescriptionYour opportunity

The Mall Luxury Outlets is seeking a Security Specialist based at our Florence, Italy office.

How you will contribute

• Manage and maintain physical security systems, conduct vulnerability assessments, and oversee contractors' activities.
• Develop and test security procedures, conduct audits, and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Collect and analyze security data, prepare reports, and conduct preliminary theft or shortage analyses.
• Stay updated with laws and regulations, liaise with vendors and security teams, and ensure adherence to security guidelines.
• Report risks, lead investigations, conduct security assessments, and serve as a contact point with police and other security entities.
• Ensure security services are performed effectively, address customer needs, oversee service quality, and support special events.

Who you are

• At least 4 years of experience in the security sector.
• Good knowledge of system management (Access control, CCTV, alarms, PSIM, and management software).
• Trustworthy and capable of handling confidential information at a high level.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree in security-related subjects is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Fluent in Italian and English.
