Job Description

Your opportunity

The Mall Luxury Outlets is seeking a new HR Business Partner (HRBP), based at our head office in Milan, Italy, reporting to the General Manager.

How you will contribute

1. Implement people management processes in collaboration with managers to meet business and organizational goals.
2. Lead Organizational Design & Effectiveness initiatives, supporting growth, change, and team performance across the brand.
3. Oversee Performance and Talent Management processes to foster employee development and career progression.
4. Support all employee lifecycle processes.
5. Assist leadership in identifying current and future talent needs to develop appropriate staffing plans.
6. Promote a collaborative environment with open communication channels.
7. Ensure timely and budget-conscious talent acquisition to support strategic growth.
8. Implement Compensation & Benefits, Budgeting, and Reporting procedures.
9. Collaborate with external consultants to support HR administrative processes.
