Job Description

Your opportunity

The Mall Luxury Outlets is seeking a new HR Business Partner based at our head office in Milan, Italy, reporting to the General Manager.

How you will contribute

1. Implement people management processes in collaboration with managers to meet business and organizational goals.
2. Lead Organizational Design & Effectiveness initiatives to support growth, change, and team performance.
3. Manage Performance and Talent processes to support employee development.
4. Support the entire employee life cycle.
5. Assist in identifying current and future staffing needs to develop appropriate plans.
6. Promote a collaborative environment with open communication.
7. Ensure talent acquisition is timely and within budget to support organizational growth.
8. Implement Compensation & Benefits, Budgeting, and Reporting processes.
9. Collaborate with external consultants to support HR administrative functions.
