Competenze

• Gestire il ciclo completo delle fatture e i movimenti bancari.
• Preparare report finanziari mensili, trimestrali e annuali.
• Collabora con revisori esterni e supporta il processo di audit annuale.

The Mall Luxury Outlets is currently seeking an accurate and highly organized Accountant to join our Finance team, based in our Milan office

The Accountant will be responsible for supporting the Accounting function by managing invoice and payment flows across TMLO departments, while monitoring costs in alignment with approved orders. Additionally, the role involves maintaining financial records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing precise financial analysis.

How you will contribute

• Maintain and update general ledger and financial records in accordance with local and international accounting standards (e.g., GAAP or IFRS)
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
• Book vendor invoices, bank movements and other GL entries (period end accruals, depreciation, etc.).
• Being responsible for managing the full invoice cycle, from registration to timely and complete payment.
• Oversee the payment flow and credit collection, monitoring the cash flow and the financial planning processes.
• Collaborate with external auditors and support the annual audit process.
• Monitor and improve internal controls and accounting procedures.
• Support other finance-related tasks and projects as assigned.

Who you are

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in accounting or audit
• You are highly organized and detail oriented
• You are a dynamic, proactive, flexible and team player
• You have high ethical standards, integrity, high level of discretion and full transparency.
• You are flexible and able to adapt to a constant changing environment
• You are proficient user MS Office Suite
• You are a good user of an accounting ERP (Oracle NetSuite usage will be considered a plus)
• You have knowledge of English both spoken and written
