• Who you are

You are an experienced professional in the home textiles industry, combining aesthetic sensitivity with commercial and technical expertise.

• At least 10 years of experience in textiles, with a proven track record managing the full product lifecycle;
• Deep knowledge of product design and cost development, with a focus on quality improvement;
• Strong aesthetic taste and commercial acumen;
• Experience managing suppliers and evaluating product quality;
• Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills;
• Team player with a collaborative approach.

• What you will do

You will develop high-quality textile products that appeal to both B2C and B2B customers, enhancing their home experiences. You will oversee the product development process, coordinating with multiple stakeholders.

Main tasks and objectives:

• Monitor market trends and conduct research;
• Develop new products and e-commerce collections;
• Propose collections for B2B partners;
• Prepare product specification sheets;
• Oversee initial trial production as needed;
• Manage sample logistics and quality control;
• Coordinate photoshoots;
• Lead price negotiations;
• Research new suppliers at industry trade shows;
• Support PR, social media, and marketing teams;
• Contribute to brand identity and guidelines.
