The ideal candidate has a Master’s in Electronics Engineering, 2-3 years of experience, and is fluent in English. The position offers a hybrid work model with 2 days of remote work per week.

TESTING & VALIDATION ELECTRONICS ENGINEER

Role Overview:

As a Testing & Validation Electronics Engineer, you will oversee the verification and validation of electronic systems used in thermal comfort products.

Your responsibilities include:

1. Coordinating a team of software test engineers to evaluate embedded software through reviews and testing activities.
2. Defining efforts, resources, and schedules for testing tasks to ensure project deadlines are met.
3. Developing and updating software test methods, metrics, and plans for electronic controls and HMIs of heating products.
4. Reviewing software requirements, test cases, and scripts.
5. Analyzing, discussing, and reporting test results.
6. Supporting the implementation of test automation in the software design process.
7. Collaborating with team members to analyze new product designs and improve performance.

Candidate profile:

• Master’s Degree in Electronics Engineering or Information Technology.
• 2-3 years of experience in testing and validation of electronic systems.
• Expertise in software quality assurance and testing.
• Familiarity with Python programming and HMI testing.
• ISTQB certification, knowledge of HMI automation frameworks, Jenkins, or RobotFramework is advantageous.
• Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Problem-solving skills and team-oriented attitude.
• Fluent in English.

Work location: Arcevia (AN); hybrid work model – 2 days smart working per week.
