This position reports to
R&D Local Unit Lead
- Your responsibilities
- Define the details, the test sequences, their methods of execution or testing procedures, the equipment and instrumentation to be used, with reference to the applicable standards, prepare the necessary test set-up, the required measuring instruments, connect the device under test on the testing plant, and execute tests.
- Analyze the test results according to the applicable standard for checking the compliance of the tested product.
- Produce and develop activities required for processing test reports for tested equipment, and issue the reports.
- Propose improvements in the existing test techniques, based on experience and use of new equipment, in particular for test and measurement equipment.
- Assist and support customers during testing activities.
- Your background
- High School or Bachelor Degree (3 years) in an Electrical or Electronic field. Basic knowledge of electrical engineering.
- Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical measuring instruments.
- Good manual skills, analysis capacity, and interpretation of results.
- Ability to communicate and work in teams, with good initiative skills.
- Good computer skills (programming knowledge and Office software package).
- Good knowledge of English and availability to work in rotating shifts.
- Person careful, precise, tidy, with a high desire to learn, and an attitude for problem-solving.
