Test & Commissioning Engineer

PURPOSE OF THE JOB

• The Testing & Commissioning Engineer of a project is in charge of the integration and validation activities for a part of the Transport System.

ORGANIZATION

Reports directly to the T&C Manager.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Participate in the production of the test procedures.
• Execute the site tests and produce associated test reports.
• Report and follow action plans corresponding to malfunctioning of the subsystem during the T&C phase.
• Report the subsystem configuration during the successive tests phases (offshore test track, site…).
• Maintain and develop his own level of expertise.
• Implement the processes, methods and tools corresponding to his activities.

MAIN REQUIRED COMPETENCES

Educational Requirements

Mandatory:

• Graduated from Engineering school.

Desirable:

• Electrical and mechanical diploma/degree.

Experience

Mandatory:

• At least 3 years of experience in the T&C field.

Desirable:

• Broad knowledge of the subsystems/products to be tested and commissioned.
• Able to read schematics and troubleshoot systems for fault finding.
• Capable of using testing means and measuring required performance.
