You Are:
An enthusiastic and detail-oriented Test & Validation Engineer with a passion for developing and validating cutting-edge IP solutions. You have a solid foundation in electrical or electronics engineering, coupled with hands-on experience in a lab environment. Your analytical skills and problem-solving abilities help you excel in debugging and optimizing electronic circuits. You thrive in collaborative settings, working seamlessly with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals. What You'll Be Doing:

  1. Collaborating with a cross-functional design team, including analog designers, systems designers, application engineers, and customers to resolve issues and demonstrate product performance.
  2. Reviewing and explaining circuit behavior and limitations in a testing and characterization environment.
  3. Defining test requirements and methodologies to validate silicon under test against target specifications.
  4. Running characterization tests and creating comprehensive test reports.
  5. Debugging electronic circuits and investigating product nonconformance issues.
  6. Utilizing high-speed equipment such as 112Gb/s capable BERTs, 70 GHz Oscilloscopes, and 85GHz Sampling Scopes for testing and validation purposes.

The Impact You Will Have:

  1. Ensuring the reliability and performance of our SerDes PHYs through rigorous testing and validation.
  2. Contributing to the development of high-speed interfaces that power advanced technologies like AI, 5G, and IoT.
  3. Enabling faster time-to-market for differentiated products by validating silicon IP against target specifications.
  4. Providing critical feedback and insights that drive continuous improvement in our product offerings.
  5. Enhancing customer satisfaction by resolving technical issues and demonstrating product capabilities.
  6. Supporting the integration of more capabilities into SoCs, meeting unique performance, power, and size requirements.

What You'll Need:

  1. A BS degree in electrical or electronics engineering or a related discipline.
  2. Basic understanding of Analog IC circuits.
  3. Experience with software programming.
  4. Proficiency in Matlab.
  5. Strong debugging skills for electronic circuits.
