The role involves executing performance tests, managing test equipment, and ensuring compliance with client specifications. Candidates should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, preferably with an engineering background, and skills in MS Office and AutoCAD.

Competenze

• Preferred degree in engineering, experience in manufacturing or test facilities.
• Knowledge of rotating machinery, experience in operating rotating machinery.
• Experience in data acquisition hardware and software is a plus.

Trillium Pumps Italy is looking for a Test Room Tester

Test Room Tester is responsible of execution of performance test activities, certification of test results. and management of test center measuring instrumentation and equipment.

Responsibilities

Including but not limited to:

• Preparation of test specifications according to client specifications

• Check of test loop design for conformity to applicable standards and specifications

• Supervision of installation of measuring instrumentation for conformity to applicable standards and specifications

• Management of performance tests: operation of the tested machines; management of controlling/measuring equipment and instrumentation; data collection; assistance to client inspectors; preparation of test reports

• Management of measuring instrumentation and equipment according to maintenance and calibration standards and specifications

• Support to the planning department for planning of test activities according to the production planning in order to meet the target production efficiency, quality and delivery time

• Resolution of technical problems related to data acquisition, measuring instrumentation and equipment

• Contribution to lean manufacturing and continuous improvement

• Focus on safety

Qualifications

Good communication skills in English language, both oral and written. Good organizational skills; problem solving & analytical skills; mathematical skills.

Preferred degree in engineering, experience in manufacturing environment and/or test facilities, knowledge of rotating machinery, experience in operating rotating machinery, experience of vibration analysis, experience of data acquisition hardware and software.
