Job Purpose

MSC Cruises, the world’s third-largest cruise brand and leader in Europe, South America, the Gulf region, and Southern Africa, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Test Lead . The role involves ownership of quality assurance and testing efforts for our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform. The candidate will use and maintain testware, plan, design, manage, execute, and report on tests to ensure system performance and quality. The Test Lead acts as the IT interface towards development teams and business stakeholders.

Key Accountabilities

• Lead and manage testing efforts across CRM projects, ensuring quality standards are met.
• Develop and implement test strategies, plans, and cases tailored to CRM processes.
• Design and execute test cases, scripts, reports, and plans.
• Measure, report, and communicate software progress and quality.
• Support cross-channel activities as needed.
• Provide regular progress updates.
• Experience with various testing types : functional, non-functional, regression, UAT, etc.
• Knowledge of defect management tools like JIRA and ServiceNow.
• Analyze business requirements, contribute to test planning, and review results.
• Stay updated on CRM tools, trends, and testing methodologies.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Integration Testing, Java, SQL, UI, Mobile Testing.
• Knowledge of testing tools like Postman, SoapUI.
• ISTQB Foundation Level certification is a plus.
• Proficiency in system applications and understanding of system enhancements.
• Ability to translate business needs to technical solutions.
• 4-5 years of testing experience.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Right to work in Italy.
