Job summary

NHOA Energy S.r.l. is seeking a Test Facility Coordinator to join the Industrial Operations team.

You will design and develop test benches with Engineering and R&D, coordinate testing activities, and ensure safe operation of testing environments used for innovative energy storage systems. The role requires a master's degree in a technical field, at least 3 years of relevant experience, hands-on wiring and test instrumentation skills, and strong English.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronic Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years in a similar role.
• Experience in electrical wiring and assembly of industrial machines.
• Knowledge of PCS hardware and software.
• Experience with testing instrumentation.
• Knowledge of PLC tools Siemens S7 and TIA Portal.
• Strong organisational and coordination skills.
• Good knowledge of English.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop test benches within NHOA’s facilities in collaboration with Engineering and R&D teams.
• Coordinate testing activities, plan schedules and manage interferences between projects and teams.
• Ensure safe working conditions within test areas and oversee maintenance of facility assets and equipment.
• Manage technical instrumentation, including status monitoring and calibration.
• Monitor facility operations and report issues affecting building systems.
• Collaborate with electrical technicians on setup, commissioning, wiring and troubleshooting of test benches.
• Support definition, sizing, and implementation of test benches in compliance with technical and HSE requirements.
• Drive the implementation of HSE procedures and maintain a safe working environment.
• Promote safety culture through training and hazard reporting.
• Participate in audits, incident reviews, and continuous safety and facility ops improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support safety, sustainability and operational excellence.
