Elemaster Group Electronic Technologies, via Eletech Innovation in Electronics, seeks a Test Engineering SW Developer to design, develop, and verify software utilities for Automated Test Equipment in electronics manufacturing.

You will translate specs into software components, integrate hardware and software, prepare procedures, and validate solutions per protocol. The role requires LabVIEW, NI TestStand, Python, and strong teamwork in a global center.

Competenze

• Degree in Electronic Engineering / Mechatronics / Automation / Information Technology or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of experience developing testing solutions for electronic devices.
• Proficiency in LabVIEW and NI TestStand; Python familiarity.
• Knowledge of SW & HW development lifecycle; instrument familiarity.
• Familiarity with lab equipment: oscilloscope, multimeter, signal generators, frequency meter, power supply.
• Understanding of RS232, RS485, TCP/IP, GPIB, I2C, SPI; NI test & measurement systems.
• MS Office proficiency; fluent English; good teamwork.

• The Test Engineering SW Developer designs, develops, and verifies software utilities and custom applications for Automated Test Equipment used in electronics manufacturing processes.

Department

• Test Engineering in the International Design Center for the development and maintenance of Test Equipment for manufacturing.

Job Description

• Check the feasibility of test requirements
• Translate development specifications and requirements into software components.
• Integrate hardware and software components and verify their correct operation.
• Prepare test procedures, manuals, and instructions.
• Validate test solutions in accordance with the defined protocol.
• Analyze results and logs to optimize test equipment performance.
• Deploy test equipment, including user training to ensure the proper level of knowledge.

Requirements

• Degree in Electronic Engineering / Mechatronics / Automation / Information Technology or equivalent culture.
• Previous experience of at least 3-5 years in the development of testing solutions dedicated to electronic devices.
• Knowledge of programming languages and environments: National Instrument TestStand and LabView, Python
• SW & HW development and lifecycle management.
• Knowledge of the main laboratory instruments: oscilloscope, multimeter, signal generators, frequency meter, power supply.
• Basic knowledge of the main communication protocols and layers: RS232, RS485, TCPIP, GPIB, I2C, SPI.
• Knowledge of National Instruments test and measurement systems.
• Knowledge of the Office package.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Good attitude to teamwork

• Embedded C language programming;
• Knowledge of at least one software for electrical design (OrCAD, Altium);
• Basic knowledge of 2D / 3D mechanical drawing software;
