Iveco Group in Italy seeks a roller bench testing lead to plan, execute and report tests, coordinating a team in test setup, configuration, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
You will drive performance, document results, and collaborate with internal and external customers while maintaining emission testing standards and continuous improvement initiatives.
Execute roller bench vehicle testing activities, coordinating a team in test setup, configuration, and definition of compliance requirements. Responsible for improving test efficiency, implementing testing procedures, leading the team, and ensuring quality certification. Perform performance and validation activities on the roller bench (Thermal Performance, PEMS Simulation, RDE, NEDC, WLTP cycles, etc.).
Annual roller bench workload: approx. 800 tests/year.
The candidate will manage the planning, execution, and reporting of roller bench tests and act as a technical reference for the assigned personnel. He/She will drive continuous improvement of existing procedures and contribute to the development of new testing methodologies.
The role requires continuous interaction both internally and externally.
Up to 5% of working time.
Education: Mechanical Engineering degree or equivalent technical skills + Diesel and CNG Engine specialization
Competences: technical complex systems (electronics, hydraulics, mechanics), team working, problem solving and public speaking
Experience: 2 years
Travel Requirements: Expected 5% of time

Salary Range: 40.000-45.000€
