Baker Hughes Company is seeking a Manufacturing Experienced Professional - Operation Management (Test Bench Operation Specialist) in Italy to lead preparation, setup and execution of unit validation tests for centrifugal compressors, steam turbines and turboexpanders, with focus on safety and quality and delivering accurate testing reports to customers.

You will collaborate with Engineering and Testing teams, read technical drawings, ensure environmental health and safety, and support the design

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Technology or technical/engineering high school diploma.
• Ability to understand technical drawings and test procedures.
• Fluent in English and Italian.
• Experience with mechanical or electrical activities.

Mansioni

• Execute unit validation test, inspection and data acquisition.
• Read technical documentation and coordinate test bench activities safely.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Testing teams on technical issues.
• Support design and construction of new test facilities and instrumentation.
