Job Description Summary

As a Clinical Sales Representative UCC reporting to the National Sales Manager, your key challenge will be to drive and accelerate sales growth and penetration of our UCC product portfolio in the Piemonte, Liguria, and Valle Aosta area.

About the role

As a Territory Sales Specialist UCC reporting to the National Sales Manager, your main challenge will be to drive and accelerate sales growth and penetration of our UCC product portfolio in the Piemonte, Liguria, and Valle Aosta area.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Targeting our Urology & Critical Care product range, focusing on public and private clients, and working closely with local leadership and the clinical team to identify new leads and opportunities to close.
  • Achieving sales targets.
  • Providing timely post-sales support and solutions adoption.
  • Collaborating with the Sales Manager to train hospital personnel through mentoring and internal courses, keeping customers updated on product use and new technologies.
  • Engaging with clinicians (Urologists, Resuscitators, Nurses, etc.) and health departments.
  • Supporting tender and contract departments in managing large-scale tenders and preparing effective technical and commercial offers aligned with customer needs and UCC strategic priorities.
  • Providing input on new markets, product introductions, and existing products or supplies.
  • Driving the sales process with energy and determination, demonstrating courage and curiosity, and maintaining a proven success track record. Communicating clearly and fluently.
  • Preparing the most effective commercial offers tailored to customer needs and company policies.

About you

Ideally holding a science or economic degree, you should have a proven successful experience, excellent interpersonal and customer relationship skills, and the ability to assess customer needs. You are an effective communicator and presenter with strong analytical skills, a flexible team player who enjoys collaboration within a matrix organization. You possess excellent time management, multi-tasking, and organizational skills, and are resourceful, results-oriented, and autonomous in prioritizing and responding to customer concerns.

You must be fluent in English and reside in the selected area.
