About the role

As a BIP Territory Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for achieving business objectives and developing partnerships with clients in your assigned area, including hospital pharmacists, nurses, risk managers, and clinicians. You will report to the Sales & Marketing Manager BIP. Your tasks include analyzing market potential, understanding client needs, identifying stakeholders, and integrating products into regional/hospital guidelines. You will also develop strategic action plans based on territory analysis.

Main responsibilities
  1. Achieve assigned business objectives.
  2. Communicate deviations and implement corrective actions.
  3. Update monthly sales forecasts and participate in setting annual sales targets.
  4. Maintain scientific knowledge of BIP products and propose solutions to retain and acquire customers.
  5. Monitor competitor activities and share insights with the team.
  6. Participate in conferences and manage relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs).
  7. Engage in team meetings, share experiences, and contribute to projects.
  8. Manage tender processes within your geographical area.
  9. Prepare quotations aligned with current strategies.
  10. Update opportunities in SFDC regularly.
  11. Support promotional activities with external partners, aligning with business unit strategies.
  12. Assist in training and educational activities, including operating room support.
  13. Coordinate with the Product Manager and Marketing team for local activities.
