As a Sales Associate, you will be part of the Sales Department supporting the Sales Team. The ideal candidate will have high energy, organizational skills, and a great attitude, which will align successfully with the organization.

Job Title : Territory Sales Manager

Location : Midland / Odessa

Pay Range : $30 to $40 an hour Work from Home

What’s the Job?

• Grow distribution channels
• Perform corporate sales and plant sales on the road
• Lead initial calls (cold calls) and semi-qualify / qualify leads (warm calls)
• Coordinate and lead follow-up discovery calls, including scheduling calls, taking notes, listing action items, and following up until the lead is closed
• Log notes and opportunities into CRM

What’s Needed?

Basic written and verbal communication skills

Basic computer skills

Availability to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, nights, and weekends, due to varying freight volumes

Dock or warehouse experience in the transportation industry

Experience loading and unloading trailers
