To support the growth and expansion of Gauzy’s architectural business, we are looking for a Territory Sales Manager (m / w / d) to lead projects with top partners in the industry of windows and partitions glazing, and to create new leads and business opportunities in the office design industry. This position will enable you to develop your expertise in the expanding industry of windows, partitions, and smart design for offices and to manage key account technology projects while working in an entrepreneurial start-up company.

Gauzy’s Architecture Business Unit brings our diverse smart glass products to built environments, redefining how privacy, shading, and digital displays are experienced in the spaces we spend our time most.

This position is fully remote, and candidates from any location within Europe are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities
  • Be the point of contact for existing customers in Italy, France, Portugal, (Spain), Benelux, and Scandinavia including Iceland.
  • Work closely with the partner network in the area, including Retrofit and Glass Processors.
  • Identify new opportunities, especially complete LCG (glass) projects.
  • Keep Salesforce up-to-date for the market area.
  • Ensure all customer orders follow procedures.
  • Liaise with European team members, the technical department, project management, and marketing.
  • International travel will be required.
Requirements
  • Proven experience managing large office development projects in the office design industry.
  • Experience in sales is mandatory.
  • BSc or MSc in interior design, architecture, or a related field, or certification indicating significant field experience.
  • Experience in the commercial partitions industry.
  • Some experience in the Smart Glass Industry is an advantage.
  • Deep understanding of the office design industry and motivation to acquire new leads across industries.
  • Self-starter with minimal supervision, capable of producing high ROI results.
  • Ability to work under pressure, be self-driven, flexible, and a fast learner.
  • Ability to present projects at the C-Level is required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong presentation and strategic planning skills.
