To support the growth and expansion of Gauzy’s architectural business, we are looking for a Territory Sales Manager (m/w/d) to lead projects with top partners in the industry of windows and partitions glazing, and to create new leads and business opportunities in the office design industry. This position will enable you to develop your expertise in the expanding industry of windows, partitions, and smart design for offices and to manage key accounts technology projects while working in an entrepreneurial start-up company.

Gauzy’s Architecture Business Unit brings our diverse smart glass products to built environments, redefining how privacy, shading, and digital displays are experienced in the spaces we spend our time most.

Responsibilities
  • Be the point of contact for existing customers in Italy, France, Portugal, (Spain), Benelux, and Scandinavia including Iceland.
  • Work closely with the partner network in the area, both Retrofit and Glass Processors.
  • Identify and develop new opportunities, especially complete LCG (glass) projects.
  • Keep Salesforce updated for the market area.
  • Ensure all customer orders follow procedures.
  • Liaise with European team members, the technical department, project management, and marketing.
  • International travel will be required.
Requirements
  • Experience managing large office development projects in the office design industry.
  • Proven sales experience.
  • BSc or MSc in interior design/architecture or a related field, or relevant certification/experience.
  • Experience in the commercial partitions industry.
  • Some experience in the Smart Glass Industry - Advantage.
  • Deep understanding of the office design industry and motivation to acquire new leads across industries.
  • Self-starter with minimal supervision, results-oriented, high ROI focus.
  • Ability to work under pressure, be flexible, and learn quickly.
  • Ability to present projects to C-Level executives - Must.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong presentation, strategic planning, and communication skills.
