Job Description:

The Territory Account Manager in Italy identifies, sells, and manages ongoing relationships with accounts in established territories. Responsibilities include upselling the portfolio through high proficiency in consultative and relationship selling, as well as selling into new clients, resulting from efficient territory management.

  • Adopt a consultative sales approach to position security solutions.
  • Exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Maintain existing renewal footprint and build a pipeline of new opportunities in new and existing clients.
  • Collaborate with technical pre-sales teams to develop solutions and conduct workshops.
  • Engage and present at multiple levels within an account, including the board level.
  • Develop account and opportunity plans to improve strategy.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Develop relationships with channel and service partners for strategic agreements.
  • Work with inside sales to manage the order process from end-user to closure.
  • Manage sales CRM tools and produce weekly forecasts.
  • Attend team meetings and account reviews.
  • Engage Trellix senior executives within assigned accounts.
  • Manage designated accounts to maximize opportunities.
  • Apply innovative ideas and solutions to customer problems.
  • Develop a strong understanding of the customer’s business and requirements.
  • Stay updated on the security market and meet training targets to understand Trellix products and processes.
  • Build C-level relationships and interpret opportunities within complex organizations.
  • Engage presales technical and professional services early in the sales cycle.
  • Proven track record of exceeding revenue goals.
  • Experience with channel partners and system integrators.
  • Strong industry relationships and experience working with executive leaders.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Skills include cybersecurity, account management, consultative selling, business planning, negotiation, product knowledge, and forecasting.
