Beyond Smartpricing, we've launched a suite of products growing over 10% month-over-month, aiming to become a leading global player in our industry.

What Will You Do?

  1. Sales Negotiation (Hybrid - On-field 2–3 days/week): Manage a busy schedule of online and in-person appointments to present solutions, understand client needs, and drive conversions.
  2. Participation in Trade Fairs and Events: Attend major national trade fairs and industry events, organize meetings and site visits to strengthen client relationships.
  3. Business Development: Identify and reach out to new potential clients through cold calling, emailing, and prospecting to build a pipeline.
  4. Data Analysis and Sales Reviews: Use sales tools to review your pipeline and performance, with regular coaching to improve skills. Your goal is to meet and exceed your ARR targets, with a competitive bonus structure.

What Are We Looking For?

  • Native-level Italian and at least B2 English skills, both spoken and written.
  • 3–5 years of proven B2B SaaS sales experience, with a track record of exceeding targets.
  • Enjoys fieldwork, with the ability to travel locally 2–3 days/week. A valid driver’s license and access to a car are required.
  • Motivated team player who aims to surpass goals and supports colleagues.
  • Data-driven decision-maker, familiar with pipeline management and continuous improvement.
  • Coachable, eager to learn and grow through feedback and training.
  • Organized, reliable, and diligent in CRM management.
  • High productivity and focus in a fast-paced sales environment.
