Job Description: Tendering Application Engineer, Conselve

Mission: The Cooling Tendering Application Engineer supports Front Office and partners during pre-sales activities in the pre-design phase. The main goal is to provide customized product quotations, technical information, and spare parts quotations to enhance customer satisfaction. The engineer leads the quotation process, maintaining relationships with Schneider Electric entities worldwide.

Responsibilities:

1. Support sales: assist Front Office Tendering with technical requirements analysis, provide feedback to production, generate technical datasheets, and create quotations for chillers, CRAC, CRAH, fan walls, and liquid cooling systems.
2. Coordinate shipment and retrofit kit quotations, define lead times, and facilitate communication between tendering and execution teams.
3. Participate in handover meetings upon order receipt, collaborate with Solution Architect and R&D teams, and support FAT and customer visits.
4. Define offers and schedules for FAT in coordination with the FAT leader.

Required Skills and Capabilities:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Energy, or Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
• At least two years of experience in cooling, focusing on Data Center applications.
• Strong communication skills, cross-cultural relationship experience, and knowledge of the Data Center market and cooling products.
• Team-oriented approach and fluent English language skills.
