Webuild Italia , for the Rome HQ , is looking for a Tender Specialist , who will join the Tenders andPre-qualifications team dedicated to the Italian business and report directly to the Head of the team.

Main responsibilities :

• Analysing tender documents, to ascertain that the company has the requirements to participate, formulating any clarification requests and preparing the tender timings;
• Collecting the authorizations and all the documents needed to submit the prequalificatins/bids, by interfacing with the different internal functions involved;
• Drawing-up of the required documentations to participate in the tenders and/or pre-qualifications;
• Curating the final editing and submitting the various initiatives;
• Following all of the tender process phases, from the qualification to the bid, curating the intermediate steps about requirements check, potential extensions and integrations, up to when the contract is signed;
• Managing the internal reporting and archiving of the submitted tender or pre-qualification documents;
• Managing the SOA/General Contractor qualification activities and all related practices;
• Managing all required activities needed to issue the CEL/CELMAE and related analysis and archiving;
• Managing the registrations of Supplier Registers, ANAC and portals related to the various Public Entities/Contracting Authorities.

Requirements :

• High-School Degree and/or University Degree in Technical or Legal topics;
• Minimum 5 years as a Tender Specialist in companies of the Construction sector, of medium-to-large size, also heavily structured;
• In-depth knowledge of the reference regulations (Public Works Code 36/2023);
• Excellent knowledge of the Office suite;
• Good English knowledge;
• Real capacity of working in a team and under pressure;
• Capable of carrying out one's activities while always complying with Corporate procedures;
• Excellent stress management and work organization skills, also with precision and method, are key elements for the profile.
