Novogene is a leading global provider of genomic services and solutions. Leveraging the latest next-generation sequencing (NGS), bioinformatics expertise, and the largest sequencing capacity in the world, Novogene provides unsurpassed data quality and fast turnaround times to all our customers. We are currently recruiting for a full-time Commercial Specialist in the EU, reporting to the Business Operations Department. This role is highly collaborative and requires drive and excellent time management skills. You will work closely with different business sectors and deliver activities to support business growth.

Job Responsibilities :

  • E-commerce Platform and Document Management :

Monitor electronic procurement platforms (e.g., Mepa) regularly for procurement notices and requirements.

  • Download, fill out, and ensure accuracy and compliance of documents from suppliers.
  • Upload completed documents timely according to procedures.
  • Review and update business documents regularly for accuracy and accessibility.

Prepare and fill tender documents according to requirements.

  • Organize bidding documents and assist sales team in preparation.
  • Maintain and update internal business documents related to tenders.
  • Archiving : Organize and archive tender materials after submission.
  • Logistics Support :

Coordinate customer shipment bookings and resolve delivery issues with couriers and customs.

  • Accounts Receivable Support :

Assist with invoicing and payment management.

  • Additional duties as assigned by management.

Required Skills and Experience :

  • Degree in Law, Economics, Finance, Business Management, or related fields. Biology background or relevant experience is a plus.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in biotech, medical devices, or regulated environments.
  • Knowledge of tender regulations and procedures.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Fluent in English (listening, speaking, writing) and native or business-level Italian.
