A leading global provider of genomic services, Novogene Europe is seeking a full-time Commercial Specialist to support business operations in the EU. This role encompasses managing e-commerce platforms, tender documentation, and logistics while requiring strong organizational, communication, and negotiation skills. Ideal candidates will have a relevant degree and experience in a similar role within biotech or medical devices.

We are currently recruiting for a full-time Commercial Specialist in the EU, reporting to the Business Operations Department. This role is highly collaborative and requires drive and excellent time management skills. You will work closely with different business sectors and deliver activities to support business growth.
Job Description:
E-commerce Platform and Document Management: Regularly monitor electronic procurement platforms (e.g., Mepa) for procurement notices and requirements. Download, complete, and ensure accuracy and compliance of documents from suppliers. Upload documents timely and maintain updated business documents for team access.
Tender Management: Prepare and organize tender documents, integrate business documents into tender submissions, and assist sales teams in bid preparations. Maintain the latest versions of internal business documents related to bidding.
Tender Archiving: Organize and archive bidding materials after submission.
Logistics Support: Manage customer shipment bookings and resolve delivery issues with couriers and customs.
Accounts Receivable Support: Handle invoicing and payment management.
Other duties: Perform additional tasks as assigned by managers.
