We are currently recruiting for a full-time Commercial Specialist in the EU, reporting to the Business Operations Department. This role is highly collaborative and requires drive and excellent time management skills. You will work closely with different business sectors and deliver activities to support business growth.

Job Description:

E-commerce Platform and Document Management

  1. Platform Checks: Regularly monitor electronic procurement platforms (e.g., Mepa) for procurement notices and requirements.
  2. Document Management: Download, fill out, and ensure accuracy and compliance of necessary documents from suppliers.
  3. Document Upload: Timely upload completed documents according to procedures.
  4. Document Updates and Maintenance: Review and update business documents regularly.

Tender Filing:

  1. Integrate business documents for tenders and fill them correctly.
  2. Organize and assist in preparing bidding documents.
  3. Maintain the latest versions of business documents for internal bidding.
  4. Archive tender materials after submission.

Logistics Support: Customer shipment booking and troubleshooting with couriers and customs.

Accounts receivable support: invoicing and payment management.

Other tasks as assigned by managers.

Essential Skills / Experience:

  • Degree in Law, Economics, Finance, Business Management, or related fields; biology background is a plus.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in biotech, medical devices, or regulated environments.
  • Knowledge of tender regulations and procedures.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluent in English and native or business-level Italian.
