Job summary

GE HealthCare in Milan seeks a Tender and Quote Intern to support the sales organization by coordinating tender identification, requirement analysis, and document consolidation for public and private customers.

You will maintain Salesforce CRM data, assist in ITO processes, and collaborate with Sales, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and Order Management while contributing to digital transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree, Legal or Humanistic field preferred.
• Fluent English and Italian required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support ITO tender processes: identify tenders and analyze requirements.
• Consolidate tender documents and prepare quotes for public/private customers.
• Update Salesforce CRM and other core systems data (CRMs, SFDC, ERPs).
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Legal, Compliance and Order Management.

Job Description Summary

As a Tender and Quote Intern, you will be responsible for supporting activities and processes that help the sales organization achieve business objectives.

Job Description Responsibilities

Managing Inquiry to Order (ITO) processes: tender identification and analysis of tender requirement, tender document consolidation Quote for public and private customers consolidation, Salesforce CRM platform and tools update: cleaning and maintaining data in commercial and other core systems (CRMs, SFDC, ERPs, etc.).

Developing conceptual knowledge of own discipline (all ITO process and tools, all law & requirements applicable), Developing effective network with other function (Sales, Service, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Order Management), Support in identifying issues and working on possible solution with ITO colleagues using established procedures.

Collaborating with others to solve issues.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master’s degree, Legal or Humanistic bachelor’s degree preferred Fluent English and Italian, IT effective knowledge (MS Office).
