Job summary

Michael Kors is seeking a Sales Associate in Campania, Italy. You will be a brand ambassador, delivering a premium customer experience, and leveraging clienteling tools to engage clients and drive loyalty.

You will work with a dynamic team, maintain floor presence, and collaborate with management to optimize store performance, using Product Knowledge packs to guide sales with confidence.

What You'll Do:

• Lead by example as a MK Ambassador, ensuring exceptional customer experiences to drive loyalty and repeat business.
• Maintain client communication through the use of all available clienteling apps and tools.
• Maintain floor and stock presence.
• Build and maintain good communication with the management team to drive store performance.
• Use of Product Knowledge packs to become a Selling Expert to advise our customers with passion and confidence.
• Understand business results and opportunities to drive sales.

You'll Need to Have:

• Excitement and enthusiasm to work in fast paced retail environment with relevant sales experience.
• Capability and desire to collaborate and inspire all fellow team players working together to achieve results.
• Technology proficient, knowledge and use of leveraging technology to drive sales and customer experience.
• Local language preferable and strong communication skills.
