Job summary

Michael Kors is seeking Sales Assistants for its stores in Italy. Ambassadors represent the brand and deliver an elevated customer experience to drive loyalty and repeat business.

You will maintain client communication via clienteling tools, manage floor presence, and coordinate with management to boost store performance, using product knowledge to advise customers with passion and confidence.

• Use of Product Knowledge packs to become a Selling Expert to advise our customers with passion and confidence.

• Local language preferable and strong communication skills.

Compensation Range:

26,000.00 - 35,000.00 EUR
