Temporary Innovation / Business Process Re-Engineering Manager

Job Summary :

The Temporary Innovaton Manager will drive the Business Process Re-Engineering (BPR) strategy and execution within the organization. The role includes overseeing the innovation transition, ensuring that new concepts are effectively integrated into the existing business framework.

Key Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize opportunities.
• Develop a clear BPR strategy aligned with the company’s goals.

Project Management :

• Lead the BPR project from conception through execution, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to facilitate innovation initiatives.

Research and Development :

• Conducting researches to identify trends and gaps.
• Exploring emerging technologies and methodologies to enhance innovation efforts and integrate solutions.

Change Management :

• Develop plans for the transition of new innovations into operational processes.
• Provide training and support to staff to adapt to new technologies and processes.

Stakeholder Engagement :

• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing updates on innovation initiatives.
• Foster a culture of creativity and innovation within the organization.

Performance Evaluation :

• Measure the success and impact of innovation initiatives.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior management.

Qualifications :

• Master’s degree in Business Management Engineering or a related field;
• 12 + years of proven experience in innovation management, project management, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of change management principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
