Descrizione del lavoro

Under the responsibility of the HR Director, you will provide the organization with all HR support needed, ensuring HR management, training, and development according to company procedures and best practices.

This is a temporary position (approximately 12 months) based in the Seregno office (Lombardy).

PRINCIPAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Provide line managers with HR support on topics such as recruitment, salary increases, disciplinary procedures, training & development, etc.
  2. Build positive relationships with employees and managers at all levels, providing feedback, coaching, and support.
  3. Coordinate HR administration and reporting for the HR Director.
  4. Manage the PEP appraisal process and identify suitable training courses; deliver training to managers and employees as needed.
  5. Collaborate with external and internal learning providers to support the company's development strategy.
  6. Analyze HR processes and propose improvements.
  7. Manage onboarding and exit interview processes for new and departing employees.
  8. Handle specific HR projects and support company/HR requirements (e.g., ethics policies, communication plans, pension updates).
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
  • University degree or equivalent
  • Experience in HR within an international organization
  • Knowledge of domestic employment law and compensation & benefits
  • Strong communication skills
  • Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken
  • Proficient in PC use
  • Valid driving license
