A leading recruitment firm based in Milan seeks a Temporary HR Generalist for a financial institution. This role focuses on labor relations, compliance, and HR processes. The ideal candidate has experience in an international environment and is fluent in both Italian and English. This is a full-time fixed term contract for 12 months, with salary to be defined under CCNL Credito.

Responsibilities

• implementation of the organization's employee relations
• Coordinate employee and labour relations programs to ensure compliance with policies and practices
• HR projects
• Negotiations and dispute resolution with employees, unions, employer bodies, government agencies, labour relations authorities, and other agencies to protect the organization's interests
• HR employee life cycle events and processes
• All other duties as assigned

Qualifications
